1. What Is the Monthly Giveaway?

Each month, the creator of HATO CRIBS (senpai_gojo_san) may choose to give away a small prize to one qualifying player as a personal gesture of appreciation. This is not a contest, sweepstakes, or lottery— it is a voluntary, discretionary gift with no guaranteed occurrence.

2. No Entitlement or Guarantee

• The monthly giveaway is entirely optional and may or may not take place in any given month.
• The creator reserves the right to skip, cancel, modify, or discontinue the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Qualifying for the giveaway (e.g. reaching S or S+ Tier) does not create any right, claim, or expectation to receive a prize.
• The selection of a winner is at the sole discretion of the creator.

3. Eligibility

To be considered for a monthly giveaway, a player must:

• Have received an S Tier (9.0+) or S+ Tier (9.5+) rating during that calendar month.
• Have their rating published on the HATO CRIBS leaderboard for that month.
• Be reachable via Discord (see Section 5).

Only one build per player per month is eligible. Re-ratings of the same build do not change the month assignment.

4. Prize Options

If a giveaway takes place, the winner may choose one of the following prize options (approximate value: ~10 EUR each). The creator decides which options are available in any given month.

All prizes are digital only. No cash, PayPal transfers, or physical items will be offered. The creator remains fully anonymous and will not share personal or financial information.

5. Discord Contact (Required)

To receive any prize, the winner must add the creator on Discord for coordination and documentation purposes:

Winners who do not respond within 14 days after being announced may forfeit their prize.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner is selected from all S and S+ rated players of the respective month.
• Selection may be random, score-based, or at the creator’s discretion — the method may vary each month.
• The winner will be announced on the HATO CRIBS monthly leaderboard page and optionally on Discord/TikTok.

7. Legal Disclaimer

• HATO CRIBS is a private, non-commercial fan project. The giveaway is a personal gift, not a commercial promotion.
• This giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Heartopia, XD Interactive, Steam/Valve, or Discord Inc.
• No purchase, payment, or monetary contribution is required to participate or qualify.
• The creator assumes no liability for any issues arising from in-game gifting mechanics, platform restrictions, or prize delivery.
• By participating, you acknowledge that this is a voluntary, non-binding gesture and that you have no legal claim to any prize.
• The creator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
